Family oriented with four children, and four grandchildren. Bill received BS and Master degrees at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Having lived in LaGrange, TN, an antebellum community listed on the National Register of Historic Places, for a lifetime and having farmed since returning from the U.S. Army; Bill has specialized in older homes and farmland since pursuing a the Real Estate profession in 1994. He is presently Mayor of LaGrange.
